When is the best time of year to visit Koh Tao for diving?

While Koh Tao offers great diving 365 days a year, its especially good between March to September, offering flat seas and peak visibility.

This period also coincides with frequent Whale Shark sightings at offshore pinnacles. From October to November, we experience the monsoon season, which can bring more rain, though diving continues in sheltered bays.
